Oak 'VoxBox'
Voicemail has become an integral part of the business environment. Whether your requirement is for straight forward voicemail or for a more versatile system which allows certain calls to be answered by 'automated attendant', we can answer your needs.

Whilst Siemens, Samsung and Nortel have their own voicemail solutions, we can also supply the 'VoxBox' from OAK which can be used on any telephone system.

2 port systems: Suitable for upto 20 users
4 port systems: Suitable for upto 60 users
8 port systems: Suitable for upto 150 users

Oak Telecom 'VoxBox'

Available as a 4 port versions with 10 hours of storage or for the larger business, a rack mounted 8 port VoxBox with 36 hours of storage represent a breakthrough in both price and performance.

Siemens 'Xpressions Compact'
Whilst the EVM voicemail that comes standard with HiPath 540/3300/3350/3500/3550 cabinets has 24 mailboxes, 2 ports and 2 hours of storage, this might not be enough for larger users. In these cases the Siemens 'Xpressions Compact' would be the integrated voicemail card to add for the HiPath 3000 series of phone systems. Providing both voicemail and auto attendant functionality, its digital connection gives fast response and excellent integration.

For HiPath 3300/3350 and 3500/3550 cabinets: 8 port cards with 100 Hrs of voice storage
For HiPath 3800 cabinets: 8 or 24 port cards with 100 Hrs storage

Nortel BCM Call Pilot
The Nortel BCM uses its inbuilt hard disk and software for voicemail. You can choose to have just as many users as you wish as it is all activated with authorisation codes. In addition you have optional unified messaging which will also put voicemail messages into your Outlook In Box. This can be further enhanced with 'Fax Messaging' which not only allows you to fax from your PC but you can receive incoming faxes on the same DDI number as for voicecalls and these will also appear in your Outlook In Box.
