Hardware Faults
A
phone system can be “mission critical” to a business. Few businesses
can function without their phones! Whilst we select systems for
reliability, occasionally a fault may develop on a phone or a component
in the central system; this is when a contractual response to get the

Ongoing Changes
All
businesses go through changes as they evolve. New staff come on board,
others move on, office layouts are changed and the business itself
needs to change. We do not insist on carrying out all changes and
charging you each time. If the changes can be done by remote
programming, then, as part of a maintenance contract, we will provide
any number of remote programming changes free of charge.
We also recognise that some customers prefer to manage the system themselves. We can train you so that you can undertake your own changes at times to suit yourselves
(we will still provide free support as part of a maintenance contract
