4 Is it easy to transfer my calls from my existing carrier?



Yes! A Datasharp Sales Executive will provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision including brochures. The contract will be explained to you in full and you don't even have to fill it out - we will do that for you. Datasharp will then arrange for your business calls to be transferred to DNS. It couldn't be easier.

5 How much money will my business save?

What is CPS?



CPS stands for Carrier Pre Selection - remote programming of your system by Datasharp through your local BT Exchange i.e. our customers do not need to dial extra digits or install special equipment to use our Least Cost Routing service.

8 How do I obtain my bill?



A single sheet invoice will be mailed every month and you are able to retrieve a full breakdown of calls, at any time, via the Datasharp website by selecting 'Billing info'.

9 What are special & satellite calls?



"Special calls" refer to those made to premium rate numbers and "Satellite calls" refer to those made to non location specific phones e.g. on boats.

10 What is Datasharp On Line Billing Information?



Webabillity is Datasharp Network Services' unique billing platform available free of charge to DNS customers on the internet. You can download instant valuable call management and billing information on your call traffic in the form of various reports, statistics and forms.

11 How do I access the DNS on line billing information?



When you sign up to DNS you will be allocated a user name and password unique to your company. The webabillity website can be accessed via www.datasharp.co.uk and selecting the tab "Billing info"
