There are three main stand-alone club tournaments played across particular weekends during the squash season - see below for this years dates. There is also a season long intra-club team competition (Chairman's Cup) - details of the competition that started in October 2010 are available after logging in.

The 20 minute tournament was played on Saturday 8th October 2011 Ben Thomspon beat Chris Inskip in this years final - follow link on right for full competition details. In this handicap competition players play a number of time limited games in a league format and the top two progress to the knockout stage where matches last 20 minutes. American scoring; continuous play; score as many points as possible.

Around the last weekend in November each year sees the playing of the Handicap Tournament and players of all standards are encouraged to enter. Competitors are handicapped according to their position in the internal club leagues. The competition is played with the American scoring system, unless the handicap is so large that the better player is then further handicapped by only scoring on their own serve. First round losers get to play in a plate competition.

Late Feb / early March is the usual timing for the Club Championships. As well as the main competitions for Ladies Champion and Mens Champion there are a number of tournaments for players in the lower leagues. Club Championships - open to all. Ladies Championship - open to all. Clubmans - for those in leagues 4 to 7. Wayfarers - for those in leagues 8 to 10. Wanderers - for those in leagues 11 to 13. Ladies Rose - for those in leagues 7 to 13. plus a Championship Plate competition for first round losers.

This is a tournament for 'older' players with separate competitions for over 35s, over 45s and over 55s and (if possible)a Ladies Over 40s competition.
